If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment,

please give us a minimum of 48 hours’ or two working days notice.


We do understand that life doesn’t always go according to plan and that there can be exceptional circumstances, so if you do need to cancel less than 48 hours before, please let a member of the team know as early as possible. 


Out of courtesy you will receive a confirmation text and/or an email 

2 days prior to your appointment.

It is always the client’s responsibility to remember their appointment time and date and to update the salon with changes to their contact details.


If you are running late, a member of the team will try and contact you 

10 minutes after your appointment time to confirm you are on your way.

After 15 minutes, your stylist will assess whether there is still time for your appointment to go ahead. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but we may ask you to rearrange your appointment for another time.

In this case, our standard cancellation policy applies.


If you haven’t had a colour service at HOT HEADS or it has been more than six months since your last colour service, then we will need to carry out a skin test 48 hours prior to your service.


This will only take a few moments of your time, but it is manufacture’s requirement and therefore is essential if you’re having a colour. After we have performed a skin test we will be able to book your colour service appointment.
